Paul grew up in Banana Ground, Manchester. Michelle is from Clarendon. They opened La Veranda so Jamaicans in Broward would have a place that feels like home: real food, real music, and a crew that is Caribbean from the kitchen to the bar. You will often find them at the door, saying hello to every table.
